After Hours Dispatch Service
The F.E.M. office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. At the end of the business day, our phone system is transferred to Basin Electric. If an emergency arises after our normal business hours, call the F.E.M. number and Basin electric will dispatch our linemen as needed. Basin also keeps in touch with our linemen from the time they are dispatched until the return home. This service provides the members with prompt service and assists our linemen in returning home safely.
